Hosted by Nancy Goebel Managing Director, Membership & Strategic Partnerships and Content Producer Beth Gleba, Knowledge Exchanges are DWG’s members’ only virtual lab where we come together to work through issues that matter in the digital workplace.
About this Knowledge Exchange
This is not only a time when we have to change, it's also an opportunity.
In our July 16 Knowledge Exchange, we’ll take some important reflective time with DWG’s “Chief Courage Officer”, a.k.a. Paul Miller. Paul will provide us with an executive overview and guided discussion arising from his recent writing, Decade of Courage Manifesto: DWG's 12 action points for essential workplace transformation. This manifesto puts forward 12 essential action points to consider as we set out to refashion the post-pandemic workplace.
This has been a time of profound change, which will have a lasting impact on the way we all work. However, many changes were already in motion, including the move to more remote work. "So, this is the moment to recalibrate.” says Paul. “We have new experiences, new evidence and a new economic, social and health reality to navigate.” Join what is sure to be an inspiring session as we connect, take a deep breath, and call on our own courage. In our teams, units, regions and companies, we need courage to move ahead individually and, most importantly, collectively, to address the challenges we all face; and to do everything we can to bring into reality the immense opportunities that are now open to us.
