Licence to use Members website
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the members website and material on the members website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

Unless you are a subscriber to our members website, you must not access or attempt to access any area on the members website that is restricted to members.

In these terms, "membership” means a right to access the restricted areas of our members website described in this Section 4, and "member” means a person who has such a right by virtue of this Section 4.
Access to certain areas of our members website is restricted to members. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our members website, or indeed our whole members website, at our discretion.
Once your organisation have joined the DWG as a member, the DWG web team will create an account for your group in the members website and send the DWG Hub for your group a user ID, login and joining instructions. The DWG Hub for your organisation will allocate accounts for the DWG member website and issue user ID’s and joining instructions. If you are unsure who the DWG Hub for your group is please contact the DWG web team
You will have the opportunity to update your user profile including password once you have access to the members website.
The membership charges will be as set out on our website from time to time. All membership charges stated on the website in UK sterling are exclusive of VAT.
We provide each subscriber with a login and password to enable the subscriber to access the restricted areas of our members website. Members must ensure that their login and password details are kept confidential.
During the period of your membership, you will be able to access, using the login and password details that we provide to you, all of the DWG online services available to your group including DWG research papers, special interest groups, DWG event details and joining instructions.
User generated content
Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

We warrant to members that the subscription service will be provided with reasonable care and skill, that we will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the members website (subject to scheduled maintenance) during the term of a subscription.
